结合目前我国钢结构住宅的发展水平,介绍了轻钢结构住宅体系的形式及其特点,并对我国现有的钢结构形式进行了综合评价,提出了钢结构住宅产业化的发展策略,指出轻钢建筑将有广泛的应用前景。

Combined with the developmet situations of steel structure in our country the structural style of houses with light-weight steel structure and its features are introduced.Comprehensive evaluation is also made on present styles of steel structure;at the same time corresponding strategies are proposed for development of housing industrialization of steel structure houses.In the end author points out that architecture with light-weight steel structure will has wide application prospect in the future.
