摘要
针对高师院校工科院系的人才培养优化问题,从人才综合素质、创新能力、终身学习能力、竞争意识合作精神等方面的培养对其进行了阐述,以使大学生能够紧跟时代步伐,适应社会发展的需要。
According to optimum problems related to talent cultivation in engineering departments in normal universities,from comprehensive quality of talents,innovation ability,lifelong study ability,co-operation spirit and other aspects discussion is made in order to cultivate students to meet requirements of society development.
