介绍了工程索赔的概念,从施工准备阶段,施工过程的收集、签证阶段,工程竣工结算的资料管理、索赔立项等阶段对如何搞好工程施工的索赔工作进行了阐述,并论述了索赔费用的组成、计算原则及计算方法,从而为企业创造了更大的利润空间。
This paper introduces the concept of project claim.From preparation stage,construction stage,completion stage,document management and other aspects question that how to do construction claim work well is discussed;at the same time calculation method,principle and composition of claim cost are introduced in order create maximum benefits for enterprises.
