The following paper discusses three methods of current performance evaluation of civil architecture and their characters,compares and illustrates the application sphere and evaluation program of its two acceptable criterions and the setting of "criterion for reliability of civil architecture" and "criterion for dilapidated house",which to offer reliable bases for house management department and building engineering superintendent office to evaluate the reliability of architecture.
