摘要
以某住宅楼为例,从混凝土的收缩、温度应力的变化、施工工艺不当等方面分析了住宅楼现浇板产生裂缝的原因,并介绍了相应的裂缝防治措施及处理方法,以使楼板裂缝得到有效地控制,从而保证了工程质量。
Taking one residential building as example the reasons caused the cracks in spot-cast concrete floor-slab are analyzed from concrete shrinkage,variation of temperature stress,construction technology and other aspects;at the same time corresponding prevention and treatment measures are proposed in order to realize effectively control of cracks to ensure engineering quality.
