一次风管风温测量方法的数值研究

Numerical study on the measurement method of primary air temperature

建立了一次风管物理模型,对不同入口温度进行模拟,对一次风管管内断面平均温度与管外壁面温度的关系进行了研究,并拟合出它们之间的关系曲线,从而达到以测量外管壁温度的方法来代替热电偶插入式温度测量方法的目的。

Physical model of pipeline of primary air is established.According to various inlet temperatures simulation is carried out.Relationship between average temperature of cross section and temperature of external wall of pipeline are obtained;at the same time corresponding curve is simulated.This study provides new ideas for temperature measures to substitute the method using thermo couple.
