摘要
通过对施工总承包管理特点和难点的分析,提出了有效的总承包协调方案及解决措施,并列出了总承包项目经理部的组织架构图,以做好工程施工总承包的管理工作。
Based upon analysis of characteristics and difficulties of construction general contract management effective coordinate scheme and resolving measures are proposed.Plot of organizational structure of the department of construction manger is presented in order to do construction general contract management work well.
