摘要
从行业利润率和资源配置效率两个方面对郑州市房地产业市场绩效进行了实证分析,指出出台相应的提高郑州市房地产业市场绩效的产业组织优化政策,对提高郑州市居民的社会福利水平具有重要的意义。
The following paper carries out positive analysis on market performance of realty industry in Zhengzhou from profit margin and resource allocation efficiency,and points out that issuing relevant industrial system optimization policy to improve market performance of Zhengzhou realty industry has important meaning to increase social welfare level of the denizens.
