摘要
新的公共建筑节能设计标准已经执行,随着节能工作的不断深入及对在新标准实际执行中反映出的热点话题以及对建筑热工设计及权衡计算的几个方面进行了分析,试图提出对新标准的一些理解和建议。
The new design standard for energy efficiency of public buildings has been carried out.With the development of building energy saving research,analyzed some issues of building thermal design and energy trade-off option contacted with the hotspot topics on the new standard,and presented some viewpoints and suggestions for the new standard.
