摘要
针对目前工程项目利润低的情况,从建好项目管理层、建章立规、加强工程索赔管理、加强风险防范意识等方面提出了加强项目成本管理的具体措施,以降低工程成本支出、提高经济效益。
According to the low income situations of engineering project at present,from project management department,establishment of rules and regulations,project claim management and other aspects measures are proposed to strengthen project cost management in order to reduce cost and increase economic benefits.
