摘要
以黑曲霉AS-Y菌株为出发菌株,通过紫外线、甲基磺酸乙酯及2种方法组合诱变以达到提高其产耐酸α-淀粉酶的能力。结果表明:利用紫外线与甲基磺酸乙酯相结合的复合诱变法,可以筛选得到一株高产、较稳定的产耐酸α-淀粉酶菌株AS-EUⅢ,其酶活由野生株的64.3U/g增至突变株的198.8U/g。
The primitive strain Aspergillus niger AS-Y was used as startup strain to produce strain of higher amylase producing capability by UV mutation, EMS mutation and complex mutation. Results showed that using UV and EMS complex mutation could produce AS-EUⅢ stain. The amylase activity of AS-EUⅢ was increased from 64.3 U/g to 198.8 U/g.
