摘要
电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)以其检出限低、精密度高、选择性好、基体效应小、线性范围宽和多元素同时测定等特点,在痕量元素分析领域得到广泛应用。采用湿法HNO3-H2O2对试样进行消解,测定食品中铅的含量,其检出限为0.0102mg/L,元素回收率在88.9%~109%,RSD(n=10)在1.8%~2.5%。所建立的用于测定食品中铅含量的分析方法准确度和精密度都符合要求。应用本方法测定实际样品,结果令人满意。
The detect of Pb in food was studied by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectrometry(ICP-AES) after HNO3-H2O2 digestion.The detection limit of Pb is 0.010 2 mg/L. The average recoveries of the method for Pb in food were found to be 88.9%~109.0%,while RSD(n=10) was found to be 1.8%~2.5%. The detection method was applied to the analysis of practical samples and the results obtained were satisfactory.
