摘要
目前许多军用自动测试系统(ATS)仍大量使用早期的自动测试设备(ATE),但其通用性及开放性程度都不高,给测试程序集(TPS)的移植带来了诸多困难,而重新开发测试程序显然代价太大。通过对比系统更新前后的体系结构,研究TPS的移植策略及方法,提出一种TPS移植可实现的途径。
Many military automatic test systems(ATS) still slather legacy automatic test equipments(ATE).However,the generality and opening of legacy ATS lays in the low level,which brings a lot of difficulty for the TPS transplantation.Whereas,it costs too much to redevelop the test programs.
