摘要
对远程维修支援系统中的故障案例数据库做了相关研究,提出采用知识管理的相关理念对故障案例数据库平台进行规划,提高了故障案例数据库的管理效率。
This paper researches malfunction cases in the system of long-range support on maintenance.Then it puts forward to planning the platform about malfunction cases database by knowledge management and has advanced the administrative efficiency of the database of malfunction cases.
