CD44v6和uPA在胃癌组织中的表达及相关性研究

Study on the expression and correlation of CD44v6 and uPA in gastric cancer

目的:观察CD44v6和uPA在胃癌组织中的表达情况,分析它们在各种组织类型及不同分化程度胃癌中的表达规律,探讨它们的异常表达与胃癌侵袭转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学SP法分别检测CD44v6和uPA在67例胃癌组织中的表达。结果:(1)67例胃癌组织中CD44v6阳性表达34例(50.75%,uPA阳性表达35例(52.24%);(2)CD44v6、uPA在低分化胃癌中的表达率均比高分化中的高;(3)有淋巴结转移者的CD44v6、uPA阳性率比无转移者显著增高;(4)早期胃癌组、侵及肌层组和侵犯全层组CD44v6阳性表达率分别为7.69%、45.00%、70.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。uPA的阴性表达率也有统计学意义;(5)胃癌中CD44v6和uPA的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:CD44v6、uPA的表达均与胃癌的分化程度、浸润深度和淋巴结转移有关,二者在胃癌的浸润和转移过程中可能有协同作用。

Objective:To study the expression of urokinase-type plasminogen activator(uPA) and cluster of differentiation 44-6 on the infiltration and metastasis of gastric cancer and to investigate the relationship of their expression. Methods:Immunohistochemical technique (S-P method) was applied to detect CD44v6 and uPA in 67 cases of gastric cancer.
