摘要
为了测试聚合物熔体拉伸性能,设计了拉伸流变仪测控系统。利用串行通信方式,通过构建通信协议建立了性能可靠的主、从式测控系统;在压力控制中,利用了具有控制参数在线整定能力的积分分离型PID控制算法,从而实现了压力恒定,达到了恒定挤出量的目的。运用虚拟仪器的设计方法,利用可视化图形编程环境,实现了多功能虚拟仪器软面板。该系统硬件配置简单、软件设计灵活、图形界面友好。
