摘要
针对目前国内煤矿占地面积大、节点分散、节点间距离远和测量环境恶劣的特点,开发了基于GPRS和CAN总线的煤矿井下安全监控系统,给出了其总体结构框图。在介绍系统组成和工作原理的基础上,对矿井信号检测、CAN总线节点及MC55通讯接口硬件电路的设计做了详细阐述。实际运行证明该系统具有良好的可靠性和抗干扰性,能更好地监控井下煤矿生产的运行状态,从而为国内煤炭行业的安全生产提供一个好的解决方案。
