兴隆水利枢纽电站装机容量选择

兴隆水利枢纽是南水北调中线工程对汉江中下游补偿工程之一,工程任务为灌溉、航运和发电。考虑到南水北调中线工程建成后发挥最终效益有约6年时间,因此可考虑充分利用水能资源增加装机容量。对拟定的装机容量进行了比较,最终结论认为增加装机容量是可行的。

The Xinglong Hydroproject is built in compensation for mid-lower reaches of the Hanjiang River with the purposes of irrigation,navigation and power generation.Considering that the middle-route of South-to-North Project will be put to use six years later,the installed capacity of Xinglong Hydropower Station could be increased for utilizing the water resources as much as possible.Three alternative schemes are compared and the result shows that increasing the installed capacity is feasible.
