面对社会资金纷纷投入到水电工程开发市场中来的情况,该如何提高水电开发项目的水土保持方案编制质量,达到技术规范要求,结合工程编制工作实例谈了几点体会。
Being faced with the situation of social capital invested in hydropower development market,how to enhance the drawing up quality of watersoil conservation schemes for hydropower projects to meet the requirement of technical regulations is explained with some living examples.
