摘要
从企业可持续发展的角度出发,论述了战略性人力资源管理的概念、特点、分类及其与企业战略的整合,提出了新的战略性人力资源管理模式,介绍了其在白莲河抽水蓄能电站工程建设实施中所取得的成效。
From the viewpoint of sustainable development,the concept, features and classification of strategic human resources management of enterprise and the integration of it with the enterprise development strategy are expounded.A new strategic management mode of human resources is proposed;and its implementation effect in Bailianhe PSPP is described.
