Ceramic Micro-Crystallization for Microwave Tubes

论述了微波管用陶瓷材料的基本要求和发展方向,并从材料微观结构和制备技术角度阐述了陶瓷微晶化在微波管制造中的意义及其对相应的陶瓷金属封接质量的影响。

In this paper,the basic requirements and developing tendency of ceramics used in microwave tubes are reviewed.From the point of view of material microstructures and developments,the importance of ceramic micro-crystallization in the manufacturing microwave tubes and its influences on the joining properties of ceramic-to-metal seals are discussed.
