摘要
通过ANSYS软件仿真模拟和理论计算相结合的方法对Q波段行波管的螺旋线结构的散热系统进行了热分析,建立了准确的ANSYS模型,仿真模拟结果和理论计算结果较为一致,从而得到了一些有设计参考价值的散热数据。并在该模型的基础上分析了接触热阻对螺旋线温升的影响,为进一步的优化设计提供了一个参考。
This paper presents some results of the thermal analysis of the helical structure for Q-band traveling wave tubes by combining ANSYS software simulation with theoretic calculation.A model of AN- SYS is constructed and the simulation results are in good agreement with the theoretical calculation,then some useful data for the practical design of heat dissipation are obtained.The influence of the thermal con- tact resistances on the rise of temperature of the helix is analyzed,which offers a reference for furt...
