随着经济全球化进程的加快,当代产业政策出现了由传统产业政策向新型产业政策的转型。这种新型产业政策以市场机制为基本作用机制,核心在于协调目标是鼓励创新、促进产业结构升级。
With the acceleration of the process of economic globalization,the modern industrial policy is being shifted from traditional industrial policy to the new policy.The new industrial policy functions basically by means of the market mechanism.It centers on harmonization,and aims at encouraging innovation and promoting the upgrade of the industrial structure.
