随着计算机技术的广泛应用,档案领域进入电子时代。档案管理者要根据电子档案的特点,提高对电子档案归档重要性的认识,确认电子档案归档的合法性和保证电子档案归档的稳定性。
With the widespread application of computer technology,the domain of file has entered the electronic age.The archivist should raise the awareness of the importance of filing away the electronic archives according to the characteristic of electronic file.The validity of filing away the electronic file should be confirmed and the stability of filing away electronic file should be guaranteed.
