现代大学管理追求卓越的办学绩效,这有赖于大学管理的创新,实施以绩效文化为血液的绩效管理模式,并从现代大学理念、精神、形象和心理契约等方面构建绩效文化的核心体系,以实现和谐的绩效管理。
The modern university administration pursues excellent performance,which depends on the innovations of university administration,the implementation of administration mode with performance culture as its blood, and the construction of performance culture with modern concepts,spirits,images and psychological contracts to realize harmonious performance administration.
