游戏不仅可以增强体质,增进健康,促进体育运动技术的掌握和运动技能的提高,同时也是对学生进行思想品德教育的手段。在体育课教学中适当开展游戏活动,可增强体育课的趣味性和快乐性。
Sports games can not only strengthen one s physique, improve one s health,promote the grasping of sports technology and improvement of sports skills,but also implement the ideological and moral education for students.It can bring more fun and happiness to PE lessons if sports games are carried out in class.
