摘要
善意取得制度是一种牺牲财产静的安全保障市场交易的动的安全的制度,本文从我国确立不动产善意取得制度的基础、不动产善意取得制度的构成要件及其法律效果,对不动产善意取得制度作了初步探讨。
The system of acquiring in good faith is one way to protect dynamic safety of market deals by sacrificing static safety of property.This article tries to do further discussion on the system of acquiring freehold estate in good faith from its establishing basis,construction components and legal influences.
