摘要
通过对高职院校建工类专业教师队伍现状进行详尽的分析 ,从知识、能力、素质三个层面深入探讨了“双师型”教师的内涵 ,提出通过“培、送、引、带、聘、管”并举的途径建立一支数量充足、结构合理、专业精深、专兼结合的“双师型”
Presents a detailed analysis on status of the teachers of architectural engineering in vocational and technical colleges,and discusses the meaning of double-ability teacher from such aspects of knowledge,abilities and qualities.It puts forwards six ways-cultivating,training,attracting,leading,recruiting and managing-to improve teacher ranks and build up one teachers’group of reasonable structure as well as good morality and professional knowledge.
