摘要 通过对盐城市运动学校16名举重运动员进行血液和生化指标监测,反映并指导其举重训练。进而探讨如何通过实验室检测结果促进科学训练,使运动员在赛前处于最佳竞技状态。 The article takes the research of testing samples about blood routine and biochemical indexes of the 16 weightlifters to monitor and provide advice to jmprove the training.The purpose of the testing is to promote scientific training which helps the athletes to be in the best performance level before the match.
