摘要
介绍了一种采用基于TMS320F240DSP控制的数字化电源的构成和原理,系统包括模块化的开关电源,DSP控制电路,信号采集和放大电路,保护电路等部分,结合软件设计,可实现半导体激光器的可靠运行和工作电流的稳定准确输出.
A semiconductor laser driver based on DSP(TMS320F240) is presented.The system is composed of component-based power,DSP controller,signal-sampling circuit and protection circuit.By combining appropriate software,we can obtain a continuously adjustable current output with high accuracy and stability.
