水流密度对CSP层流冷却影响的研究

摘要 研究了CSP层流冷却过程中的传热情况,建立了传热过程的二维非稳态数学模型.通过对冷却过程中轧件在各冷却区的换热边界条件的研究,确定了轧件在各冷却区的换热系数模型,计算出轧件在层流冷却过程中温度变化和温度场分布.最后分析研究了水流密度对于CSP层流冷却的影响. The effects of heat transfer in the CSP laminar cooling are analyzed.Accordingly,a two-dimensional mathematical model of heat transfer is proposed.The heat transfer coefficient models are determined according to various boundary conditions.In the end,the influence of water discharge density on CSP laminar cooling is studied.
