基于CCCII的电压模式多功能滤波器的设计

An Arbitrary Order Multifunction Filter Based on CCCII

摘要 设计了一种基于电流控制传送器(CCCII)任意阶电压模式多功能滤波器.其电路结构简单,无源元件全部接地,便于集成且与VLSI工艺兼容.理论分析和计算机仿真表明电路方案正确,是可行的. A novel circuit of the multifunction arbitrary order voltage-mode filter is designed based on current controlled conveyor(CCCII).The circuit has the characteristics of simple structure,all grounded capacitors and low active and passive sensitiviities.So the circuits is integrated conveniently and is compatible with VLSI technology.Theoretical analysis and computer simulation indicate that the proposed circuit is effective and feasible.
