高等农林院校研究生就业影响因素与对策研究

Research on Effects and Countermeasures of Postgraduates' Employment in Tertiary Schools of Agriculture and Forestry

结合福建农林大学研究生近四年来就业情况,分析了高等农林院校研究生毕业生就业特点及其影响的主要因素,从加强政府宏观调控、提升高校研究生教育质量、提高研究生自身素质和用人单位积极发挥市场主体作用四个方面分别提出了促进研究生就业的对策。

With taking into consideration the employment situation of postgraduates in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,the employment characters and major effects of postgraduates employment in the universities are analyzed.The paper puts forword countermeasures based on enforcing government macro-control,improving tertiary schools education quality,fulfilling postgraduates themselves and making the employer play the part of the main force in the employment market.
