摘要 通过对充模过程的流动分析,建立了包括前锋流和主体流的充模流动物理模型,在此基础上,采取量纲分析的方法,对流动控制方程进行简化分析,分别建立了主体流和前锋流的双尺度控制方程,为纤维的取向分析奠定基础. The front fluid and main fluid physical model are given through the analysis of the fill processing,and the fluid control equation is predigested by dimension analysis.Two-scale control equations of main fluid and front fluid are erected,which have made a useful foundation for the orientation simulation of fiber.
