摘要
在高炉炼铁过程中,铁水含硅量既是衡量铁水质量的重要指标,也是表征高炉热状态的关键参数.设计了一种比较新颖的预测函数控制模型,计算了影响铁水含硅量变动的几个关键参数的时滞.通过所设计的预测函数控制模型确定了铁水含硅量与这些参数之间的近似函数关系,应用该函数就莱钢1号高炉所采集的数据对铁水含硅量进行了局部的预测控制,效果很好.
In blast furnace(BF) ironmaking process,hot metal silicon content is not only a significant quality of hot metal,but also reflects the thermal state of BF.A novel fuzzy predictive functional control model is proposed.Time lag of each pivotal variable is calculated respectively.The fuzzy predictive functional control model is used to control the behavior between and the variables locally,and result is satisfactory.Data is collected from No.1 BF at Laiwu Iron and Steel Group Corporation.
