摘要
在对德拜晶格热容局限性分析的基础上,提出晶格热容应考虑晶格中所有声学波和光学波的贡献,而不能简单地将晶格看成各向同性的弹性介质.修正过的晶格热容不但是温度的函数,而且与晶格的体积相关.
Based on the limitation analysis of Debye lattice heat capacity,contributions of all the acoustical and optical branches to lattice heat capacity should be taken into account,otherwise lattice is simply taken as an isotropic elastic matter.Modified lattice heat capacity is not only related to temperature,but also related to the volume of lattice.
