家族企业产权模式对家族企业初期的发展发挥了十分重要的作用,但随着家族企业规模的不断扩大,其产权模式的弊端也日益显露,表现为股权高度集中在家族手中的现状不利于企业自身的发展。受利益机制的驱使,家族企业产权制度出现了较强的创新动力,但也存在一些阻碍因素,如创新主体制约、环境约束等。因此,家族企业在实现产权结构多元化的过程中,要充分发挥创新主体与国家的作用。
