摘要
目的观察银杏叶提取物对大鼠胃黏膜癌前期病变发生发展的干预效果及其抗氧化作用。方法将80只4周龄Wistar大鼠随机分为4组:对照组,癌前病变模型组,银杏叶提取物低、高剂量组,每组20只,以喂饲100μg/mLMNNG溶液的方法制备大鼠胃黏膜癌前期病变的动物模型。在制备大鼠胃黏膜癌前期病变模型过程中采用不同浓度的银杏叶提取物对治疗组进行干预(低剂量组每天0.5mg/kg,高剂量组每天1.5mg/kg),共20周。第30周末,处死所有大鼠,观察胃黏膜组织病理学变化、测定结构异型指数和核腺比、血清及胃组织总超氧化物歧化酶及丙二醛。结果与癌前病变模型组比较,银杏叶提取物低、高剂量组肠化生、异型增生发生率低,结构异型指数和核腺比低于癌前病变模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。银杏叶提取物干预组T-SOD活力增加而MDA含量下降(P<0.01)。结论银杏叶提取物能够提高机体的抗氧化能力,有效地阻断胃黏膜癌前期病变的发生发展。
