常用口腔金属修复材料在不同场强MRI上的伪影检测与比较 被引量:3

Experimental measurement and comparison of MR artifacts caused by metallic dental materials on different field-strength magnets

摘要 目的对3种共12件常用口腔金属修复体在1.5T和3.0T磁共振成像时的伪影做体外模拟测试和比较。方法以塑料制成的修复体作为对照,对12件常用口腔金属修复体做了1.5T和3.0T磁共振成像测试,分析两种不同场强上的金属伪影的大小。结果1.5T-T1WI上伪影面积的平均值为6.78cm2,1.5T-T2WI上伪影面积的平均值为6.57cm2,伪影面积减小,但无统计意义(t=2.03,P>0.05)。3.0T-T1WI上伪影面积的平均值为7.11cm2,3.0T-T2WI上伪影面积的平均值为6.96cm2,伪影面积减小,但也无统计意义(t=1.25,P>0.05)。3.0T-T1WI上的伪影面积的平均值较1.5T-T1WI上的增加,但无统计意义(t=-1.89,P>0.05)。3.0T-T2WI上的伪影面积较1.5T-T2WI上的增加,其差别有统计意义(t=-2.59,P<0.05)。结论常用口腔金属修复材料会引起MRI伪影;与1.5T相比,3.0T上伪影加重,尤其是T2加权上伪影的增加较为显著。 Purpose To measure and compare the MR artifacts caused by dental alloys on different field-strength magnets.Methods A total of 12 dental alloys were tested with 1.5 T and 3.0 T MR imagers.The artifact areas on these 2 different field-strength magnets were measured and statistically compared.Results The mean value of artifact area was 6.78 cm2 and 6.57 cm2 respectively on 1.5 T-T1W and 1.5 T-T2WI,with no statistically significant difference(t=2.03,P>0.05).On 3.0 T-T1WI and 3.0 T-T2WI,the measured mean art...
