摘要
为探讨高功率毫米波辐照对小鼠皮肤全部换为Raman光谱的影响,并为毫米波辐照的治疗和防护提供剂量学依据。采用高功率密度毫米波辐照小鼠背部,50s后立即取辐照部位皮肤制成样品,辐照样品和对照组样品冰冻切片后,测定毫米波辐照区域不同深度的小鼠皮肤组织切片的拉曼光谱。结果显示:与对照组比较,辐照后的特征峰位855cm-1、932cm-1消失,1080cm-1、1125cm-1和1166cm-1的峰强增大,1230~1410cm-1峰带中峰位增多,1585cm-1和1653cm-1峰强度大幅增加,2722cm-1峰减小及2930cm-1峰左侧翼减小。这表明,毫米波辐照50s使得小鼠皮肤组织中的蛋白质构象发生了变性,皮肤组织受到一定程度的损伤。
