毫米波辐照对昆明鼠皮肤组织Raman光谱的影响

摘要 为探讨高功率毫米波辐照对小鼠皮肤全部换为Raman光谱的影响,并为毫米波辐照的治疗和防护提供剂量学依据。采用高功率密度毫米波辐照小鼠背部,50s后立即取辐照部位皮肤制成样品,辐照样品和对照组样品冰冻切片后,测定毫米波辐照区域不同深度的小鼠皮肤组织切片的拉曼光谱。结果显示:与对照组比较,辐照后的特征峰位855cm-1、932cm-1消失,1080cm-1、1125cm-1和1166cm-1的峰强增大,1230~1410cm-1峰带中峰位增多,1585cm-1和1653cm-1峰强度大幅增加,2722cm-1峰减小及2930cm-1峰左侧翼减小。这表明,毫米波辐照50s使得小鼠皮肤组织中的蛋白质构象发生了变性,皮肤组织受到一定程度的损伤。 The paper studies the Raman spectroscopy changes of mice skin irradiated by high power millimeter wave,provides a dosimetry basis for millimeter therapy and radiation protection.Mice dorsal skin were irradiated at the time of 50 seconds by high power millimeter wave,and samples of the irradiated skin were made into frozen sections,Raman spectroscopy of various depth skin tissues were obtained by Raman spectrometer.Results showed that characteristic peaks of 855cm-1 and 932cm-1 disappeared,which are attached...
