摘要
针对传统光栅莫尔条纹细分方法的不足,提出了一种基于微处理器的大小数结合细分法进行莫尔信号的细分,将信号进行区间划分来实现辨向。由此设计了以DSP为核心的"DSP+MCU"光栅信号处理系统,DSP负责信号的采集和处理,MCU完成系统的总体控制和简单的数据处理,DSP配合MCU完成光栅莫尔信号的采集、放大、滤波、细分、辨向、数据显示和通讯,为光栅副的直线位移和角位移的测量提供了一个通用平台。实验结果表明,光栅的细分精度为3″。
