摘要
为了提高番茄籽、皮分离的效率,利用番茄制酱副产物中各成分的物料特性差异,研制出依靠分离滚筒和滚筒内部连续转动的刮板组件实现番茄籽、皮分离的设备。介绍了番茄籽皮分离机的结构和工作过程,通过对分离原理的分析,根据整个分离机的工作状况和分离质量的要求,运用Pro/E技术设计制作出番茄籽皮分离机的虚拟样机,实验结果表明:利用Pro/E技术可明显缩短该机的设计周期。
