一种快速提取酵母样真菌DNA方法的研究

A Fast DNA Extraction Method of Yeast-like Fungi

对一种提取酵母样真菌染色体DNA方法进行实验,试图找到一种快速简便提取酵母样真菌的方法,并对提取结果进行了紫外分光光度、琼脂糖凝胶电泳、PCR扩增等方法的鉴定。结果表明:用此方法提取的酵母样真菌基因组DNA浓度为395.5ng/μL,OD260/OD280比值为1.58~1.66,可满足PCR特异性扩增捡验酵母样真菌的需要。

To test an extract yeast-like fungi chromosome DNA method,to find a simple and rapid method of extract yeast-like fungi,and to find results of this method of UV spectrophotometry,agarose gel electrophoresis,PCR method identification.The results show that the method of extract yeast-like fungi′s genome DNA concentration is 395.5ng/μL,OD260/OD280 is 1.58～1.66.It can satisfy the needs to test yeast-like fungi with the method of PCR amplification of species-specific primers.
