摘要
通过检测(AL)患者血清中VEGF和LDH的含量,探讨了AL患者血清VEGF、LDH含量变化与治疗疗效的关系。测定47例AL患者治疗前后血清中VEGF和LDH水平,并与正常对照组比较,AL患者同时检测骨髓涂片有核细胞中原始及幼稚细胞数,结果表明显示:1)AL患者血清VEGF和LDH含量明显高于对照组(P<0.01);2)初治组AL患者血清VEGF和LDH含量明显高于缓解组,难治复发组患者血清VEGF和LDH含量又明显上升,与缓解组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);3)VEGF与LDH之间有一定直线正相关关系(r=0.58,P<0.05),且二者与骨髓原幼细胞数亦有一定直线正相关性。这表明,外周血VEGF和LDH水平与AL治疗疗效相关,对白血病的诊断、治疗和预后的判断有一定意义。
