近年来,在价值链理论和模块化理论的推动下,学术界针对传统产业组织理论的内涵、特征与分析框架提出了种种的质疑和评判。但对既有文献的整理可以看出,在人们展开“破”的同时,似乎尝试“立”的并不多。在本文中,笔者认为:传统产业组织理论之所以面临如此的窘境,根本上在于产业赖以生存的微观基础——企业形态出现了新的变化,这使得传统的“企业集合论”和“产品集合论”的产业内涵无法给予解释。鉴此,本文试图在解构传统产业组织理论的同时,通过对基于价值链理论和模块化理论为基础的产业微观基础的剖析,建构出一个能够解释并适应于不同微观经济基础特征的产业组织理论范式。
