基于全象资金流量观测系统的虚拟经济与实体经济的协调监管思路

Coordinating Monitoring of Fictitious Economy and Real Economy Based on the Whole-scope Capital Flow Observation System

虚拟化是世界经济发展的一个必然趋势。由于虚拟经济越来越脱离实体经济而取得独立的运行方式,所以整个经济系统可分为实体经济和虚拟经济两个子系统。由于定价方式的不同,实体经济和虚拟经济具有不同的运行特征,资本化定价决定了虚拟经济具有更大的波动性,经济系统的风险主要来自虚拟领域。因此,当今经济稳定的核心在于虚拟经济系统的稳定。在此情形下,传统实体经济的资金流量分析方法及其风险监控指标体系已不能反映整个经济发展的现实。本文试图从全象资金流的角度来考察整个国民经济的稳定运行,并提出一个基于全象资金流量观测系统的虚拟经济与实体经济的协调监管的理论框架。
