企业究竟选择什么样的资本结构是由多种因素决定的,为便于分析和研究,将这些因素分为内部与外部两大类,每一类又分为若干具体因素,并详细阐述了其对资本结构的影响。
A enterprise chooses what kind of capital structure is to be decided by various factors of.In order to be advantageous for the analysis and the research,the factors may be divided into inner and exterior two groups,and each of them is divided into some concrete factors again,and the influence of the factors on capital structure was discussed in detail.
