摘要
介绍了天然气蒸汽转化制甲醇装置增设纯氧转化炉,产能以33万t/a扩大到46万t/a的改造方案。论述了天然气转化制合成气的转化原理、工艺过程和二段转化炉的自热转化特点;比较了国外合成氨装置改产甲醇的一段转化和二段转化方案;从填平补齐项目的设计方案、生产能力的平衡、技术经济分析等方面论述了扩能改造的可行性。分析结果表明,改造后2年即可回收全部投资。
