摘要
以MgSO4.7H2O和Na2HPO4.12H2O为沉淀剂,用化学沉淀法处理高浓度的氨氮废水,对影响氨氮去除的因素和各种模拟废水的工艺条件进行研究.结果表明:影响因素大小为pH值>n(Mg2+)∶n(NH4+)>n(PO43-)∶n(NH4+)>初始氨氮浓度,水质变化最佳反应条件也随着改变,在最佳条件下,氨氮去除率高达99.02%.
Chemical precipitation is applied to treat high concentration of ammonia nitrogen wastewater by using Na2HPO4 and MgSO4.A lab-scale study is conducted to optimize the reaction and determine the sequence of factors.The result shows that the sequence of factor is: pH>n(Mg2+)∶n(NH+4)>n(PO3-4)∶n(NH+4)>original NH+4-N.The optimal reaction is changed with different water qualities.The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen is up to 99.02% on the optimal condition.
