摘要
对内蒙油砂沥青在不同的温度和时间进行减黏裂化研究.实验表明在添加0.3%阻焦剂、温度415℃和时间45 m in条件下,油砂沥青黏度可降至138.25 mm2.s-1(100℃),减黏油的各项性质可达到7号燃料油标准,可直接作为燃料油产品.
Thermal visbreaking of inner Mongolia oil-sand bitumen was conducted at several temperatures for different lengths of time in the laboratory.The viscosity of the thermally treated oil was reduced dramatically with thermal treatment under the condition of adding 0.3% anti-coking agent,the oil-sand kinematic viscosity(100℃) is 138.25 mm2·s-1 and the qualities of it conform to 7# Chinese Standard for Fuel Oil,which can directly be regarded as product.
